After more than 15 years as part of the Vos team, Jen was no stranger to helping others feel confident. Over time, she realized that to achieve the results she truly wanted, especially around her neck and jawline, it was time to take the next step. The night before Macey's cast came off, she says it felt like Christmas Eve. Even through the cast, she could already tell: the hump was gone. When the cast was finally removed, she grabbed a mirror and couldn't put it down.
