His extensive facial plastic surgery background includes a prestigious internship and residency at Mayo Clinic and a facial plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Michigan. Dr. Kienstra has been a leader in his community since 2008 and currently serves as Department Chair of Surgical Services at Mercy Hospital.
Dr. Kienstra is a devoted family man. He and his wife reside in Springfield, Missouri and have two beautiful children who they enjoy immensely. “They’re my best work yet,” says Dr. Kienstra. In his free time, Dr. Kienstra enjoys music, travel, and hunting.
