  • Dr. Kienstra will continue caring for surgical patients at Mercy, where advanced technology and hospital support ensure the highest level of safety.

  • Missy will welcome injectable patients into her own practice, which is designed for greater privacy, flexibility, and convenience.

Together, we’ll keep delivering the same personalized, comprehensive care you know and love — now through two specialized spaces.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • You’ll start your injectable treatments at our current location and transition smoothly to Missy’s new office once it’s ready.

  • All discounts and savings carry over — honored at both locations.

  • Your $0 transaction means you’ll pay at each visit, with your package savings automatically applied.

  • Savings can be used on injectables, lasers, skin treatments, and products through August 30, 2026.

  • Please be sure to watch the special message from Dr. Kienstra and Missy above.

    We are out of space! Dr. Kienstra must remain part of Mercy to serve his patients with top-tier surgical facilities and staff. Missy’s injectable patients are better served by an independent practice offering more privacy and availability.

    Missy has found the ideal space, which is currently being rebuilt to her specifications.

  • Vos and Missy will always be connected; it will just look a bit different now.

    Dr. Kienstra will serve as her Medical Director in an advisory capacity for Missy’s new independent practice.

    Dr. Kienstra knows Missy is incredibly skilled and will refer all injectable patients to her new practice.

    Missy holds the highest respect for Dr. Kienstra and the Vos team and intends to refer all patients who are candidates for surgery, lasers, or medical-grade skincare to Vos.

  • Missy’s last day at Mercy will be October 31st .

  • The Ultimate U Plan - Volume and Lines and Simply Refresh packages are designed a little differently this year to support Missy’s transition.

    On the E-Store, you’ll notice both plans display a $0 price. That’s because instead of paying up front, you’ll pay at each visit as your treatments occur. Your plan savings will be applied automatically:

    • Ultimate U Plan - Volume & Lines: 30% off
    • Simply Refresh: 10% off

    This makes it easy to start your plan now in September or October, then continue seamlessly at Missy’s new location once it opens.

    Your privacy is very important to us. All demographic, medical, and Beauty Benefit plan information is protected under HIPAA and cannot be shared with Missy outside of Mercy without your consent. When it’s time, we’ll provide a simple release form and help you with the transition, so your care remains smooth and uninterrupted.

  • Her new office will be on South National in the Medical Mile.

  • We encourage you to start your plan now so you can stay on track with treatments and maximize your savings. Missy will continue providing services at Vos through October 31st.

    At your visit, we’ll provide a simple release form so your treatment plan and medical records can be securely transferred to Missy Belk Aesthetics. After October 31st, Missy will reach out directly to schedule your next appointments in her new space — ensuring your care continues seamlessly.

  • Dr. Kienstra’s busy surgery schedule prevents him from accepting new neurotoxin and filler patients. He has full confidence in Missy’s highly trained skills and will refer all patients to her once she is established in her new practice. He will continue to see the patients he currently injects.

  • That’s because instead of paying up front, you’ll pay each visit, as your treatments occur.

  • For patients seeking visible, measurable results, this approach and these products reflect a solid plan. This framework is proven to help you achieve the best possible outcomes.

  • Yes, when Missy transitions to her new practice, she will honor all plan discounts as if she were still part of Vos. (30% discount for both the Ultimate U Plan - Volume and lines and the Ultimate U Plan - Skin, and 10% for the Simply Refresh and Simply Revive plans).

    VOS will do the same.

  • Yes, Missy will participate in the programs, and your bank of points will remain accessible for redemption.

  • Because those plans will be moving to a new location outside of Vos, we cannot finance those packages. However, you won't be required to pay the full amount upfront for those plans this year; instead, you'll pay for each treatment at the time of service, and plan discounts will be applied to your treatment total.

  • Our Ultimate U Plan - Skin and Ultimate U Plan Plus patients will receive a holiday VIP gift, but that is not included in the Ultimate U Plan – Volume and Lines package this year.

  • All plans include a membership card, which will be mailed to you after the event. Keep this card in your wallet — it’s your key to unlocking plan discounts and enjoying a seamless experience at both locations.

  • If you’ve committed to a plan and received your treatment card, you may schedule your treatment with a Vos aesthetician at your convenience. Please note that all treatments must be completed by the plan expiration date of August 30, 2026.
